I don't think they'll put in the GBA tracks unless it's as paid dlc and then there would only be like 10 players and 89 bots every time.
The 10 Satellaview tracks seems more likely though.
They better be working on a Bishop/Rook/Pawn league right now or this game will die after King League. 3 leagues is not enough content. Especially when a lot of the tracks don't even show up in the basic 99 mode. More machines would be nice too.

you can become good enough that you win often enough to be satisfying. and for me personally, KOing a player is equally satisfying
