if you liked 13 then I guess you should check out 13-2. many people prefer 13-2 over 13 (although I don't) because it is less linear and has monster catching & sidequests to keep things interesting.
the main reason to not even try 13-2 is it changes 13's happy ending, and then you have to finish both 13-2 and LR to get a happy ending.

Disagree. Regardless of any criticism you have for T0 you could still have plenty of fun with it and the unique combat system. There was no fun to be had in XIII-2.
