You're bound to have some stinkers but overall they were until Elden Ring. I dunno why but that game is just half armors and sets being nice or tolerable to look at with the others being so bad you just toss them into the storage bin and never look back.
Elden Ring armor is characterised by how individual sets are very distinct from each other by the virtue of the increased amount of detail. Makes them harder to mix and match and makes them less readable from a distance or on a smaller display. The other issue is that there's less variation, a lot of chestpieces and pants use the same base "shape design".

Elden Ring armor is also characterised by making it hard to get an armor set you want, either because you are forced to farm or because armor sets are hidden in a corner of the map with a cave that has a secret area behind a bush were you have to perform a trick to make a rope fall and then there you have a knight set thatr actually looks good, a shame that you're 60% done with the game already though and most of the time was spent with a mix if default pieces and some other random shit because you couldn't find anything else to fit your character :C.
>making it hard to get an armor set you want
It's the same for smithing stone weapons, you may not have realised it while playing but nearly all of them are random drops.
gameplay for DeS seems too simple but i'll play through it for soundtrack
Armored Core 6 unironically. Agreed on Bloodborne. Favorite Bloodborne song? Mine is
great solo in Ludwig. i love the choir vocals in Laurence. it's unfair how Bloodborne tracks sound so full bodied. i didn't enjoy AC6 but might try it again..
I think it can be universally agreed that they more or less gave up for the last half of ER. Thats why Mountiantops, Consecrated and Haligtree have ctrl+f enemies from previous areas and why many of the encounters and armors are lackluster.
this thing blows my mind. who the frick greenlit that clown onesie? the chainmail has fricking guy fieri flame print on it.

Doesn't even make sense in lore, a drake night wouldn't look like this there are no dragons with orange colors.
Jews infiltrated the whole western world and constantly forcefeeding us with anti white material. Of course we're gonna be happy when japs praise ancient white culture.
It varies from game to game.
Demon and Dark Souls armor are alright for the time.
Dark Souls 3 has some great and some really bad armor.
Elden Ring has the worst collection of armor sets, everything has these shitty gold ornaments and is way too gaudy.
Dark Souls 2 has the best quality and quantity of armor.
Not since the first Dark Souls
And mecha designs aswell.
>posting blue point garbage

Given that Farum Azula is where the Ancient Dragons were worshipped a Drake Knight set should look like its made of stone like Havels.
I like everything about this set minus the helmet, I throw it away and put on some knight helmet or a cool hat.
only if it's a realistic set of armour or somewhat believable
No, Lemon Sky and Passion Republic are.
Man Faraam and Fluted look so good, I love them
>Copy White man's design
>morons here sperg out
Wish I was japanese so I can be worshipped by 80IQ mutts
Oh wait nvm
Jews infiltrated the whole western world and constantly forcefeeding us with anti white material. Of course we're gonna be happy when japs praise ancient white culture.
Yes, what a stupid question.
Why is that a dumb question?
No one has good character design right now.
>Why is that a dumb question?
Because all it takes is one look at other games medieval fantasy armor to tell you the answer.
Fricking brainlets.
Everything sucks. We've been teleported back to the dark ages of heroic character designs for babbys.
Historically accurate nah good designing kinda like the Artorias armor for ex and Maliketh too

>Dark Souls 3 has some great
From DS1 and DS2
>and some really bad
the DS3 original sets

>Sekiro good
>Rest bad
