It's been 24 years, you shouldn't have to still compare things to Ocarina of Time / Citizen Kane / Evangelion / Michael Jackson if something better came along as they would be used as the standard instead
it has a lot for everyone. nothing in it is unapproachable, and it encourages distraction. being bad at some or all of it just extends your time with it as an adventure, which i think it why it feels timeless despite the technological limits at the time. fighting a stalfos or playing the bombchu bowling is still as fun as it was back when the game came out.
Dunno, but certainly not Ocarina. Go play a decent game released in the last few years and it'll probably have better combat and visuals and gameplay mechanics then Ocarina. Which is normal, a lot of time has passed.

It's my personal little opinion it is, but best is a hard if not impossible metric to prove objectively. Some basic googling shows the best selling game is Minecraft and the most Awarded game is Elden Ring. I'm not sure if OoT has an objective measure like that in which it can be declared number one.
It's not my favorite, but I still consider Ocarina of Time to be the standard for video game quality. However, using the Metacritic score as a basis for doing so is kinda shaky, especially considering how that score is only based on like 20 reviews when more modern games have hundreds of aggregated review scores
>"Is it really the greatest game of all time?"

>Citizen Kane / Evangelion / Michael Jackson
All of this things are complete shit though.
>Michael Jackson
>bad
He himself literally says he is bad.
Bad was just a different way of saying "cool" in the 80s
Calling MJ bad could literally get you beheaded
Evangelion is peak anime though. Out of everything anime I've watched The End of Evangelion is probably the most memorable for me
Yes, unironically.
>Is it really the greatest game of all time?
>Yes, unironically.
>Yes
>Yea
>fighting a stalfos is fun
Did you come out of the womb a middle aged man or are you just a zoomer?
It was at the time, yeah.
What's the greatest game now?
Tears of the Kingdom
already forgotten after a month
It's the greatest DLC.

Zoomer bait, OOT won Ganker's goat poll this year
Very low vidya iq. Quit speaking like you know anything.
The 3DS remake is better.
Greatest doesn't mean the best
I dunno
zoomers should be eaten like kronos's children
Yes
Almost
Not even the best FF game, remove a I from the title and you were right
It's barely even a game, it's more like a glorified visual novel/DvD menu.
Yea

highest metacritic score of all time if I'm not mistaken
https://www.metacritic.com/browse/games/score/metascore/all/all/filtered
Yeah still number 1
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 is the second best game of all time by that metric. Based.
