Haven't made any of my own from scratch, but have altered some slightly, only basic stuff. All my stuff is from Smutbase and Open3DLabs, and lighting from various HDRI websites. It's worth watching quite a few tutorials even if you don't make your own stuff as it helps to fill in knowledge gaps.
