Naturally, you can also forget the aspect of conquering nature, all new additions are vegan and and environmentally firendly 😉

I think the issue with these systems is that early Minecraft had so much potential for its future then the game came out with mechanics and ideas that ticked the boxes for "stuff that would be cool" but did it in a way that was just really half-assed and/or annoying to deal with.

I haven't enjoyed a single minecraft version since beta, too much bloat and useless shit not to mention stuff like Elytra that completely ruins the game

Good game if you're into realistic mechanics and etc.

Mojang now is terrified of committing to real changes every update because they need to constantly make money selling skins and maps. Microsoft also won't let them create updates too quickly. Kelp was a good addition and I remember a few playthroughs where I only ate kelp and nothing else. It made for a good challenge.

Minecraft needs advanced skin mechanics in order to be relevant again. There needs to be advanced sweating and wound mechanics as well as acne, boils, lumps, and warts which need to be managed and drained. And the Ender Dragon is now the Staphylococcus Dragon.
Add more technical shit, just add create to the game. I want big movers
Minecraft is ok, i don't like the current update and the last one was pretty weak aswell. Caves and Cliffs was the last "good" update and even that included a bunch of erroneous stuff.
People complaining about the purity of Minecraft have unironic autism. The idea of a restrained Minecraft ended years ago. They should just add more cool shit at this point. There's no real loss. More is More and all that.

at some point after microsoft bought it, it became marketed at some kind of educational toddler game. All updates since then have been safe little things.
Mojang now is terrified of committing to real changes every update because they need to constantly make money selling skins and maps. Microsoft also won't let them create updates too quickly. Developers can create new mobs in a single month AT MOST but they need to spread it out to years to dripfeed because this is how american corporate works. Minimize content, maximize profits.
