How is any of that a bad thing?
its a bizarre clownworld situation where people buy $2000 video cards with no actual games to play on it
PC gaming is dying too. the PC game of the year 2023 was a switch game or a troony dating simulator. thats it there wasnt even a third choice.
The PC Master Race is close to achieving total victory. The final solution to the console peasant question was always genocide.
>imagine wanting console cancer and the merchants running it on your platform too.
PC is dead. Stick to consoles.
when nintendie are forced to release Zelda and Mario onto PC, the victory will be complete.
The way that currently works is that Nintendo releases Zelda and Mario on PC even if they don't want to do it.
PC hasn't got a hardware pushing exclusive since Crysis in 2007
Even crysis got a console port?
Exclusivity is lame.
>you can practically do everything on a PC
>wow why can PC do this?
Yes. Games get worse as everyone migrates to a totally risk averse platform where people only buy games once they're 80% off. This is why your average PC game is Star Citizen or dogshit Indies. All the good games have been console ports
>Japan plays on Switch
>Doesn't even mention how Japan are dinosaurs who will still make games exclusive to Switch/Sony
>The most popular game in the world GTA6 is a whole ass console exclusive right now
Y'know I would agree if GTA6 wasn't console only right now. Rockstar is smart, they get you to buy the piece of shit console version first, then they get you to double dip on PS6, and then finally they give it to PC players for the TRIPLE DIP
>Exclusivity dying, Xbox dying, Sony dying
All of those are shit and garbage, maybe they're just being pushed out by the superior option.
PC pirates cut their own dicks off. its a high risk platform now that is last in line for any AAA games.
Yes, and that's a good thing. Now that consoles are just made of stock hardware, exclusivity only exists to artificially limit your choices because it makes some company more money. Good riddance.
PC gaming invented gaming as you know it.
This. Modern 3D gaming was born on PC with Wolfenstein 3d, before that it was 856 flavours of sprites jumping on platforms
those are all great things
>Exclusivity dying
This is actually a bad thing because instead of PC games I am getting consolecrap disguised as "multiplats".
Pc has always been the social chameleon platform. I've been pc gaming since 2001 and up until 2008 or so you were a homosexual for playing on pc. Now days bots and paypiggies buy every full price game weather it runs or not just to idle it to go to forums and say works on muh machine and thats ignoring steam popularizing mts
>I've been pc gaming since 2001 and up until 2008 or so you were a homosexual for playing on pc.
?
what the frick are you talking about moron
>ive been pc gaming since 2001
dont talk then? like don't click reply. just stfu
Exclusivity was never a good thing for consumers.
Yes
PC gaming is gaming in its purest form
i hope so. every modern single game release is just pure dogshit doo doo
Yes, an open platform winning out against closed off walled gardens is much worse. You must be one of those geniuses that actually pays for online gaming.
>diversity hires and 0.5 gpa morons hired to create video games so they are suddenly unplayable mess on release
>corporations forcing paid online features, battle passes, mtx and other gaas practices just to squeeze a single penny out of consumers
>gacha games making you pay thousands every month for a single character that will get power crept in few months with release of new character
>private companies paying big money to corporations for political support in their unrelated to cause games
but the question is
>iS Pc gAmInG RuInInG ThE ViDeO GaMe iNdUsTrY?
>b-b-b-b-but the piracy and emulation!
eat shit
they need to kill emulation then it will even out
