>muh open world
Well designed world filled with memorable places >hub worlds connected by giant fields of nothing that serve as nothing more than padding to artificially lengthen the game (OOT anyone?)
It’s not like creating an open field allocating resources away from other parts of the game. It’s not hard to make.
right, which is why hyrule field should simply not have been as pointlessly large as it was. it does have shit to find in it but it's really big for no real reason
then take the horse out like i said. how many people playing oot for the first time seriously used epona often? there's nowhere TO use epona except hyrule field and gerudo valley
Did you seriously just read my entire post and then pick the one part that you thought supported your argument? You completely missed the point you moron

sure did. sounds like you're the one missing the point buddy
There is quite literally nothing wrong with having relatively empty, open areas in a game, as long as the rest of the game has plenty of detail. Bonus points for when there IS something to find in the open area like in assassins creed origins

OOT was the first 3D game ever to have a rideable horse, the horse would serve no purpose if there were only tiny areas that would be more easily traversed on foot. You're supposed to feel good about unlocking it and being able to use it to cover great distances quicker, for that you need an open field.
If you're a consoomer who must consoom official product. There's one Platinum hack that btfos the new Sinnoh games so hard I'm surprised it didn't get the C&D.
>now
open world games are bad
it'll never die because nintendoBlack person will buy anything their overlords shit on their plate
IS CoD or sportshit dead already? When those normie series die, Pokeshit could die.
cod warzone is the most popular game on the planet (top 3 at least, but I'm pretty sure #1), are you living under a rock?
Explain yourself
Its not open world, yet it looks THAT bad

Don't speak again.
he didn't say OOT was bad, but OOT would be a better game if hyrule field was 1/2 to 2/3 its size and epona didn't exist, you cannot argue this
Stop posting. You're done.

Pokemon is the single biggest media franchise. It's not going anywhere.
Has been for about 8 years now.
that is not dead which can eternal lie
Series has been the same shit since it was created. Overrated as all hell with boring gameplay, story, and music.
