I never played 100% orange juice. Seems more like a streamer game to see your favs play and shoot the shit together.
I certainly don't recommend picking it up these days. If you didn't play prior to 2015, you missed out on the game's peak and it's been all downhill from there.
Ignore this obvious wienersucker, the game is still going strong with three modes to choose from, although bounty rarely sees play nowadays.

Streamers have never played this game and the few times they have is with default characters, then they say "lol what is this game" and drop it within 20 minutes.

4hp, but she doesn't have Yuki's -1 def or Starbo's crippling passive. The rec penalty isn't that bad especially when her hyper reduces it.
She's also not really hurt by having her hyper taken or being unable to get it, which is not the case for a LOT of characters.

Off the top of my head I think of Mimyuu (Jailbird), Fernet (Noble) on release, Cook, and Nico.

Starbo's passive has its upsides. She can fill her with deck with expensive cards that no other character can afford to use and keeping her stars low means even if she dies your attacker gets very little out of it.
Maynie will wreck your shit all day everyday. The new Kai also. Having 4 hp with 6 rec is a joke. +2 atk is pointless if you keep getting one-shot first.

Starbreaker is fun, but she's very inconsistent. You can have the best start in the world and still lose because you can't get any kills or battle cards that help you.

When I woke up one day to see that they added new paid-DLC, and a bunch of new achievements, thus kicking the game off my 100% completed list. This was a decade ago when there were only ~30 'cheevos, and now I see there are over 300! The amount of DLC they have now is ridiculous.
I bought the game just because I liked Malt's theme and I thought he was cool
