Never give up on your dreams anon, one day someone will answer you
Honestly what the hell's the point of all these? Is it a /vst/ joke? I'm not even sure if all these are the same schizo now...
no
its meh, i want to like it but the game could be so much more but it isnt
Nobody talks about it but Bannerlord is just a remake of Warband. Very few new features, mostly just improvement or changes (sometimes downgrades) over what was in already in Warband, not enough to justify calling it a sequel. The map is a perfect example of this as it is just Calradia but larger with factions renamed (and some removed/added) and the empire faction added. For a sequel I would have expected having multiple continents separated by water (and navel battles to support it) and more faction variety that didn't only hit the same cultural archetypes as Warband already did (like adding east asian or south asian factions for example). All the other aspects of the game are like this, improvements, changes, or sometimes downgrades, and for it to be a sequel 10 years in the making is why it is a disappointment.
alot of content was lost when a troony dev deleted the entire repository because one of the devs was being transphobic. the devs had to basically start from scratch
important reminder of having a offsite back up, and an access hierarchy.
that's your takeaway? Not "don't hire troons"?
That should be a given.
>Things that never happened: The Fake Outrage Post
Meanwhile, you could rightfully say they are bunch of lazy roaches that can't be arsed to work more than 10 hours/week
bannerlord is worse than warband
Bannerlord is better than vanilla warband
After you become lord it is a grind where every battle plays the same
>Every battle plays the same, then you grind into lordship
ftfy
I like it more than Warband, but it is still a very similar game, with a different aesthetics and some other changes.
it's less annoying to play than Warband that's for sure
>go out of the city to recruit couple of inbred swadian recruits, while dodging multiple bands of 30+ looters
>have to manually ask every single fricking lord if they have a quest, if they have a shit one they get pissy if you decline
>even if you complete the quest you have constantly ask around where the frick c**t Grainwad is frolicking, oh nvm he is captured by Rhodoks just wait lol
>Lord asks you to hunt down someone in a village at the very end of kingdom, by the time you get there it's looted, just wait a week or so lol
>Sieges? none of that nerd shit like trebuchet, just plank of wood sliding across the floor pretending to be a ladder/ramp
>oh you want to use couch lance? good fricking luck telling if it is ready or not some lances only display slight sliding in animation
>arenas? Other side of the universe
>what's that you joined a faction and want fiefs? tough shit you're not getting any unless you solo/attack fief first and they might grant a fief
>the only reliable money maker is burning villages until you can own couple of enterprises(good luck getting those if you started looting villages)
Ali don't like the vanilla gameplay loop where you're doing moronic fetch quests and recruit peasants basically one by one
