I like Warcraft 3, but it has a lot of issues. It would have been a nice foundation for a Warcraft IV, which went deeper with the hero mechanics, while also allowing for more standard RTS combat.

All experimental aspects that worked out to be engaging in the end and spawned concepts still used in game design to this day.

There were a lot of koreans that liked WC3 though, because of the korean player Moon. He was one the best WC3 players, if not THE best.
