I too remember all the outfits may and brendan could wear in ORAS
GF hadn't fully committed to being lazy yet. They were dipping their feet in the water. Once XY sold well they realized they didn't have to try and went full do-nothing with ORAS and beyond.
Don't forget being forced to wear a soccer uniform in league battles.
Those had variety and could look pretty lewd.

For actual clothing, just the new festival garb, but you also unlock a ton of new hairstyles, a bunch of new gloves, glasses, bags, shoes and socks in the clothing stores in mainland paldea. The new glasses actually look really good and some of the gloves are sick, I'm not really a fan of the new shoes but the base game had some really good ones already, for socks you just get a ton of different tights which look pretty good and there's some pretty fancy new hats and the new bags are pretty nice, as always most of the stuff leans more towards female but honestly I'm happy with the additions.
