Kind of wondering the same thing. I love my PC but I’d like a console just for couch play after work, but not sure how worth it it’s be for $500+. There’s that Love Live game on there I’d like to play, and FFXVI looks alright, but can’t think of much else I’d rather play on console than PC

I wish for the console industry to go back to weaker systems, PS2 like. So small and medium developers can still produce games on them and get attention without being smothered by all the normie's attention grabbing GRAFIKS and OPEN WORLD games.
There are plenty of shitty indie games all over the console and pc stores. I grew up playing 8 bit video games and I’m not interested in doing that again. Games where they made the levels ultra hard but in a bullshit cheap way just to pad the length of their 45 minute game that still cost 60 fricking dollars (which in 1985 was about 170 fricking dollars). No thank you.

PS5 is a console for people who don't care about PC or don't wanna waste the money on one. It's a budget option that is actually pretty viable. Switch is the only console you want for exclusiveness, but you might as well get a PC that emulates switch games flawlessly if you're the type of moron who always mention "exclusive" games.
