You could make this argument for maybe the climax of Ciel's route, but otherwise I don't see it. The sexual aspects fit much more in the world of Tsukihime, especially when so much of the story is about such unbridled obsession and passion for one another and deals with vampiric/demon lust. The sexual aspects in Fate/Stay Night were way more shoehorned and unfitting by comparison.
The best thing about Sakura is that you can bully her into allowing other women into the relationship (Rin, Saber and Rider) AND have her raise their kids as a stay at home mom while not having one herself because you guilt tripped her into thinking her genes are shitty.
