I had a blast with it, got the platinum trophy too. Real big shame there'll probably never be a sequel, and if there was, it won't be the same guys making it, they left recently.
I was constantly making fun of this game during the press shows E3s and trailers thinking it looked like generic shit
But when I finally sat down and played it I was surprised to find myself 100% it
I ended up loving this game it's really good it's fun has a pretty entertaining story fun rewarding gameplay and a pretty great open world
I think it helps if you play on hard like I did making it so you can't fast travel the world becomes very familiar to you as you ride around it and and come across random encounters and fight zombie hords
to put it simply I enjoyed Day's Gone more then any zombie game since Dying Light 1
it's totally worth a shot.
It is actually good, it doesn't do anything really original but what it does it does well. Plus it's relatively unpozzed, except for one lesbian character.

I made it to the last part of the game before giving up on it because it was boring. But yes, I was filtered by the boring, repetitive gameplay.
>Just as you thought the game was coming to an end, it actually drops on you another 20 hours of gameplay and story
I was positively shocked. Any other games like that, aside from RDR2?
The game has high highs and very low lows. It's like a 60-80 hour game and I really enjoyed half of it and hated half of it. This was a pretty weird feeling tbqh and I haven't really experienced anything similar in any other game.
I really liked it but I was disappointed that NG+ is just the same but you got all your overpowered shit. Also the weapons are basically just more bullets = better. I think if it threw a lot of the heavy enemies into ng+ and also the weapons actually had some niche outside of just "oh this one has a scope" then maybe I could bump it to a 9/10.
Generic third person zombie open world game that is only liked by casuals and election tourist.
Worth a pirate if you have absolutely nothing better to play.
I enjoyed it
If you want an openworld game that is very familiar but also a little different, it is a nice alternative.
It falls in the same line of okay openworld games like Mad Max and Rage 2.
This game has good american spirit I remember from the 90s. It made many people uncomfortable. But gameplay bored me unfortunately and I didn't finish. Greetings.
>It made many people uncomfortable
It made many people post about people being uncomfortable, but I have literally never seen someone bothered by this game's content.
It's ok, but not great, it tries to be arcadey but slow at the same time, which does not favor spending extra time for the side content. I mostly completed chapter 1, did a bit more of chapter 2 then dropped it.
I should talk about stealth, easily the second worst mechanic (crowner being human AI). Stealth is basic and mediocre, which is fine for zombies but humans are also a common enemy type, and the main story requires you to ghost around invincible units by hiding in bushes with minimal equipment and almost no movement tech, making stealth offensively boring.
I like the open world gameplay a lot for the most part, some of the story mission types are a bit lame, the game looks very good aesthetically. The story has some strong moments but the last third is a complete joke in terms of writing and pacing, there is also too much cinematic gameplay garbage instead of fun mechanics. Some of the strongest parts in the narrative like Lisa and NERO are barely developed relative to weaker parts. The zombies feel pretty believable especially compared to something like Dying Light. I Like the gunplay for some reason but it would be nice to be able to carry more weapons, etc.
I also liked that this game has primarily white people in it, and the 2 black characters of any significance are somewhat minor and well-written. Conceptually this game is whitecore, and the designers clearly would have made it white-only had the political climate allowed it. Even so they still got flak for the lack of non-whites and the overall narrative which has a very in-your-face Americana vibe
it's the biggest 5/10 game out there. it's not bad but it's also not good. they just failed to add anything on there own. the game feels like you have already played it but u haven't.
it gets old after 10 hours. better perfomance and mods made it slightly more enjoyabe on pc but it‘s still a really generic game. gameplay-wise it‘s basically janky last of us, there‘s an annoying batman/witcher vision, the protagonist loves talking to himself and the moronic human AI makes sure to ruin the immersion.
6/10
its ok
i liked it a lot
I had a blast with it, got the platinum trophy too. Real big shame there'll probably never be a sequel, and if there was, it won't be the same guys making it, they left recently.
A blast
Yes, very underrated because snoys have no taste.
>it's good because white heterosexual male
have sex incel
He didn't say anything like that? You're an actual schizo.
I already rode you mom like a bike

riddle me this, why doesn't the loud as frick motorcycle constantly attract hordes
It sort of does.
it pretty much doesn't in any reasonable way considering how they behave otherwise
it's very loud still though you could easily hear it from several 100s of meters away
It's a video game. It doesn't have to be reasonable.
it does when the video game tries to do world building and wants to deliver a story
it's okay
the platinum trophy is kinda easy to do though
a good exhaust can muffled your bike noise to only 10 meters away
got a muffler on it
A friend really enjoyed it. I didn't get to play it yet but my advise would be to ignore Ganker ranting and check it out.
It makes trannies seethe so yes
HAHA ur existence is pathetic
>it makles the people who i hate seeethe, thats why i like it.
KYS manchild
wound status: need dilation
Pointed out obvious
Played it over christmas last year. Was comfy as frick and I loved every second of it
>strong women and evil white men
current year/10

It's pretty decent at first but you really feel the repetition halfway through. Running out of gas is really annoying too
There are so many places where you can refuel and it stops being a hassle once you upgrade your tank.
>running out of gas is really annoying
absolutely filtered. learn to use the environment to your advantage, don't use gas when you're going downhill.
>Filtered

Never ran out of gas once, do people really?
>Just as you thought the game was coming to an end, it actually drops on you another 20 hours of gameplay and story

Okami
??? game was short as frick. do northern world, find out "shocking revelation", do southern world, done
40 hours is short?
yea its short. 85% of that time is driving from A to B. like driving to the fricking tomb stone of your wife 25 times.
homosexual.
Story: 8/10
Gameplay: 7/10
Graphics: 8/10
I only played it because it's part of Syphon Filter universe
Wut? really? what i know the devs were part of team that develop syphon filter but never heard they had connection
It's fine.
Gets very cutscene heavy in the latter half.
I don't see myself playing it again any time soon though.
The game has high highs and very low lows. It's like a 60-80 hour game and I really enjoyed half of it and hated half of it. This was a pretty weird feeling tbqh and I haven't really experienced anything similar in any other game.
I liked it quite a lot, thought I would hate it because of the biker themes but that wasn't the case
I really liked it but I was disappointed that NG+ is just the same but you got all your overpowered shit. Also the weapons are basically just more bullets = better. >ZAMBIES
>in AMERICA
Wow, what a unique idea.
>No sequel ever
This was the last straw for me I'll never buy anything from them again frick sony and frick trannies
I'm playing it after my FF7R playthrough.
I dismiss this game solely based on a E3 video because the rate of fire and sound of the weapons were inaccurate.
It's better than you would expect. It overstays its welcome, though.

how big is Portland's harley scene that make everyone exclusively ride a chopper in this game?
Rural Oregon is known for its biker gangs.

Poor little snowflakes, triggered by straight people in their games
There is an interracial lesbian couple but Deek turned one of them straight. That also angered quite a few SJWs.

Mediocre
Guy wore a cap to his wedding who the frick does that

Not in the slightest.
Gameplay was fun sometimes, otherwise game sucked
Good game. Drags ass towards the end though, like Death Stranding. Will that deacons wife was alive the whole time.
