NEOScav isn't even that bad for RNG past the early game hypothermia hump. The game gives you plenty of information to not make poor choices like going cannibal, sleeping in half-destroyed ruins or watching a dozen people die in a gas-filled sewer and then crawling into it to join them

NEO is actually fun to play, unlike URW
NEOscav is like one of those survival flash games polished to the logical end of the medium, UNREALworld is still more robust.
