Didn't happen to me, I was completely platonic with Halsin and everyone else other than Shadowchuddie and didn't get her asking me about anyone else ever. You probably accidentally picked some dialogue option that prompted her to think you want a threesome with them. The game does easily allow you to spiral in romances with everyone (except for shadowchuddie) with the exception of the completely bugged ones like Mintharas

Act 1 & 2 are for the most part in good shape. Getting through those can take you like a week if you take your time. A patch fixing issues with act 3 will probably be out by then but you'll have to wait until much later for the cut content to be restored. Due to entire sections of act 3 getting axed some character arcs and romances give you a bad end because the key quests were cut from the game thus never giving you the flags for completing their quest line for their good ends.

TLDR: You can't do something like Astarion+Gale romance or Shadowheart+Laezel, but you can do Astarion+Halsin or Shadowheart+Halsin

The bear stream was not a big of a deal as you think it was, the most popular video regarding it on YouTube was Moistcritikal's and it had like 1 million views. The game exploded on mouth of word from everyone talking about it on social media on the day of release. There was no indication that the game would reach the levels of Elden Ring and Hogwarts of Legacy, vidya that broke the internet with amount of discussion and posts about them when they released because of various drama.
