It puts a lock with the plus icon next to your game and tells you if you want to replay it you can resub. It's a mixed bag. Some things are censored on the disc, some aren't. They problem with not updating the game is that you don't get new game plus and you don't get the input latency fix.
The no NG+ really kills it for me. The latency is really a non issue since its had 0 impact.
