Yes. Basically you message a trade code and pk9 file and they will gen and trade it to you. After, they give you the .pk9 file of the Pokemon you just sent them. The smart thing to do is use that .pk9 file they sent you as the base for all of your Pokemon, because it will have legit caught info, memories, your trainer id, etc.
Tradebots/Sysbots wipe the home tracker on trade, Intended behavior, Which means you are limited to trading in the correct game or HOME will show it came from the wrong game.
On the other side if it doesn't wipe the tracker the edits on said Pokemon won't match the home tracker number (This is why it has to be wiped)
If you were to get an Ursaluna traded to your SV game from a trade bot then sent it through Home to PLA wouldn't that still give it a valid tracker?
No because the Ursaluna now came from SV due to the tracker wipe unless its unedited with tracker from PLA then you are fine

Make it an SV origin Ursaluna. You can get Ursaring in SV so make it SV origin and transfer it back and forth from HOME, you'll get a HOME tracker

if you have poor internet and little access to a pc something tells me you aren't going to be a competitive pokemon player in the first place. internet is a requirement for practice whether on the PC or switch and everyone needs a PC to plan out teams

Gamefreak has not shut down PS for a reason, its totally fair play to test teams. Just raise your own mons based on that team instead of genning

Pokemon Showdown is cheating. You can play as many games as you want, instantly, with all the aminations turned off. You can get 10x the amount of battles in to test teams than you can on cart. Anyone who does not catch, breed, trade, and train their own pokemon are cheaters. They have access to knowledge they shouldn't and it gives them an unfair advantage to legit players who only play cart.
afaik nowhere in the vg rules and guidelines does it say anything about playing in simulators, you can imagine they dont really support showdown, but its technically legal if they dont say anything about using it

If you're testing on Showdown, you're cheating.
If you're watching PS replays or fights on Youtube, you're cheating (and supporting illegal restreams).
