The mixed attackers that aren't either fast or bulky will fail because you need to either outspeed pokemon (sweeper) or be able to to receive attacks (tank) before attacking.
Being a mixed attacker with both offenses as your highest stats is going to be the most inefficient way of distributing points. This autistic design has 560 BST and yet it barely manages to be passable only because of the good movepool.

Your design suffers from the fanmade hyperbalanced syndrome, where the creator doesn't want too make it too slow or unable to use both physical/special attacks, or too frail, ending up with a shitter that doesn't really excel in anything in particular.

Since the design is literally a twink scorpion, lower the HP, the Defense and the Special Defense, something like 65-70 HP 80-85Def and 80-85 SpDef seems more fitting. Add more points to speed instead, anything above 95 is good, since it is a cowboy, high speed like 105+ would make sense
Also, drop the whole mixed attacker meme, and focus only on one of the two, since you would ideally want to make it different from Salazzle, and it seems like the 2 signature moves are physical (it doesnt say), make it a physical attacker. Drop that SpAttack to 85 max, and add more points to Attack, something like 110-115 or more should be more adequate.
