Is Witcher 3 a game with phenomenal, great and innovative plot, mechanics, graphics, characters etc. or just an average rpg overhyped by normies?

It's an amazing RPG with great focus on side quests
They also slapped a pointless open world on it to draw in normalgays
its overhyped reddit bullshit
keanu reeves chungus tier shit
the game is phenomenal.
>walks up to questgiver
>he talks in gutterspeak while Geralt groans and sighs
>holds right mouse button
>hmmm red monster trail need to follow
>a super vampire lord gotta be need to prepare
>opens menu
>clicks to brew anti super vampire lord oil
>confronts super vampire lord while Geralt makes a snide comment about giving him a final death
>presses spacebar to avoid slow projectiles
>whacks super vampire lord and throws magic sparklers on the ground
>super vampire lord collapses with a hilariously bad animation
>Geralt loots some pocket lint
>WITCHA good job the village is safer now but you will never see any difference from a gameplay or aesthetic point of view. It's as if nothing happened at all
>also this has no effect on anything in the game just like 99% of the choices
>here's enough orens to barely cover your expenses, bye now
>LAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
>presses spacebar to avoid slow projectiles
Only gamelet uses Rolls
Real Witchers use Dodge

The new quest in the Devil's Pit, after clearing the mine of a haunted spirit and bandits, people start settling.
dont reply to people having mental break downs
Soulless Ubisoft theme park
Pick an activity on the map which plays out exactly the same way every time WOW
I'm replaying it for the fourth time right now
first two times I kinda abandoned once I got to Blood and Wine
Quit the third replay because they released 4.0 and I just got to Novigrad, and helped Hattori.
Plot isn't exactly innovative, but there's nothing quite sincere like it.
Same for the settings. Besides W1, you rarely see phantasy rural Poland (I know KC:D exists, it's different).
Great looking graphics, yet somewhat stylized.
Characters are meh aside from a few encounters, but that's good enough for me.
Game is good.
Is it possible to have fun with a sign build these days or are all the endgame enemies (gargoyles, golems, Wild Hunt bosses) still immune to Igni?
Use Yrden
DoT scales with maximum HP + value now, and stacks with Flood of Anger (+300% Intensity) that also increases the Slowdown inside the area
No Bosses can win against the Magic Turret
That or just spam scaling damage Aard (final perk tier)
You are basically a bomb with it lmao
Sad that I can't Igni them but okay
At least I don't have to spam heavy attacks lel
fricking shit game that I got tricked into buying because of Gankertards
Should I play the witcher 1 and 2 first? I got past the first chapter in the first game and got busy playing other things so it's rotting in the backlog
Yes. Witcher 1 is the best in the series
no. theyre all self contained stories. witcher 1 has great atmosphere and tone. beyond that it's a sloppy eurojank game from 2008. witcher 2 is an upgrade in all regards, but the witcher 3 is the only game in the series where every aspect of the game works, and the final product is an undeniably great game.
no it isnt. no the frick it isnt.
I don’t know about any of that but just enjoy killing monsters, killing fantasy Hungarians, fricking Triss, listening to Geralt talk to himself, and playing Gwent
Its a great game
Only midwits hate it
Especially "muh bad gameplay" when it has better gameplay than 99 % of games of its genre
>an average rpg overhyped by normies
