I dont know dude, everyone once believed Earth was in the center of everything and anyone saying otherwise was threatened by the ones in power. who cares about facts when hearsay makes for an entertaining witch hunt
lol all the comments are just >WOW GET OWNED BRO, COMMUNITY NOTES JUST OWNED YOU
Or posting the "doomed world" notice and saying that it stops you from continuing the game.
I hate how many people are talking about it like it is actually good that you can’t kill certain characters.
It is easily the worst part of any Mordheim Bethesda game. I would say that modern Fallout and Elder scrolls would almost be twice as good if you could kill whoever you wanted.
It is basically the equivalent of wanting to explore a cool world only to hit invisible walls all over.
The correct way to do it is to either give you an check box in the options that is on by default or make it so that you can't kill anyone until after you complete their quests. It's probably good for normies. No one was accidentally killing Vivec.
Not only should they bring back the thing for essential NPCs being killable with a message afterwards they should extend the you fricked up reload an old save thing to getting arrested as well.
It’s probably because people complained about losing progress because they hadn’t saved recently.
Yep. You could in Morrowind.
You can mod out the NPC invulnerability in Skyrim, and important NPCs will get killed randomly from various events, especially Dragon attacks. So you'd be seeing that message pop up seemingly at random while you were doing something else on the other side of the map.
I imagine Starfield is the same. Morrowind could do it, because the systems were much less intricate and dynamic.
That is just bethesda implementing a solution to a problem they caused.
They create a system where their characters get routinely killed unless babysat and instead of fixing that or working around it they just slap a lazy fix on top of it.
Anyone can edit the wiki, the community notes on the other hand is tailor made to correct wrongful posts and therefore can never be wrong itself or it would lose its purpose
Not Bethesda is for sure, didn't you read the notes?

Yes. Same for daggerfall
bethesda didn't publish daggerfall doe
You actually couldn't kill important NPCs in Daggerfall.
yeah i don't get why they didn't just ignore the previous 10 years of games when adding that, obvious fud
No can't you read
ALL bethesda games.
Can’t you? Morrowind doesn’t have a downed feature
Then that's not a bethesda game
Yes it is, Todd even did the legion quests for it
ALL
BETHESDA

Did you somehow think that anyone on Twitter was actually human?
I'm not convinced actual humans qualify as human.
Half of the time community notes adds completely irrelevant “context” and the comments say the same. I pray they are all bots and not actual people
It doesn't though you are just moronic
It's a feature meant to prevent liberal deceit I'm not gonna get too upset that it's maybe not always useful in arguments about videogames

Gaming is an amusement park for the generation who grew in it, view it , experience it, but no touching

Bethesda will never be able to make anything that tops New Vegas. They should just quit video games entirely.
did you not read the notes? Not a bethesda game moron
What are you talking about? Bethesda started when Todd Howard bought the Fallout license to make Fallout 3.
Not only should they bring back the thing for essential NPCs being killable with a message afterwards they should extend the you fricked up reload an old save thing to getting arrested as well.
All of them.
Funny they figured out the perfect solution for this issue and choose to have them lay down for a little instead.
It’s probably because people complained about losing progress because they hadn’t saved recently.
That's dumb. Learn to save before you do stupid shit or live with lost progress
With how heavily games auto-save nowadays if anything theres MORE of a reason to do the morrowind method instead.

Yeah it's wrong, people should report it
Who does the fact checking? Shills?
That WEF c**t who definitely wasn't going to act like a WEF c**t. Musk is a duplicitous homosexual.
Yep. You could in Morrowind.
Wrong, Morrowind is not a Bethesda game
whos game is it then
Can’t tell if these posts are trolling or not
??
Anyone can edit the wiki, the community notes on the other hand is tailor made to correct wrongful posts and therefore can never be wrong itself or it would lose its purpose
Ah right so it is troll posts
Thanks for the clarification
tell me who developed Morrowind then
Not Bethesda is for sure, didn't you read the notes?

it's been like that since oblivion
not every important npc was invincible
Yes, welcome to big corporations using your social media as an advertising campaign.
Yes it only started with oblivion but only a homosexual zoomer would be doing corrections on Twitter so it makes sense they are wrong
so what are the odds that todd set that community note?
>todd
>working
Why would he, Todd loves Morrowind it’s be like pretending it didn’t exist
>community notes are wrong
