The point is that since 2.0 all guns do the same dps within their weapon class and tier because all guns now scale their damage off the player level (as opposed to stats on a gun) and enemies scale their health off the player level
meaning if you find a power assault rifle on level 1 and it kills an enemy in 10 hits, then at level 30 it also kills an enemy in 10 hits not accounting for perks, stats and mods. If you find a different power assault rifle it deals the exact same DPS with a different skin. It's fricking moronic.

you can literally look up the patch notes for the game and it says for bug fixes that last gen platforms are the ones affected by them
PC has barely gotten any changes, bug fixes or improvements outside of DLSS, framegen, damage/health scaling, cops "fix", some minor "content" and the shitty new combat system to turn it into a soulslike with an equally shitty new skill tree
