Pretty damn good. Cute, but not in a coomer way. Can't fap because everything feels relaxing. It's a pokemon animation series that doesn't feel like usual pokemon animation. There's literally no battle. Just a bunch of pokemon and humans trying to relax and away from mundane life or battles. This series reminds me why Psyduck is the best shillmon ever and should be the mascot of Pokemon franchise. There's no pandering. Everyone is treated equally. But I suggest you watch it in original Japanese dub with subtitles because the English dub sounds a bit off. At first I also thought this will end up bad but oh boy how wrong I was. You should at least try watching the first episode and decide for yourself. But for me, it is good.

haru's english voice fit her pretty well, but besides that... i didn't outright hate any of them, but like you said, some of the english voices are pretty off
I watched it together with someone else. It was awful. The worst moment for me has to be the episode with the dozens of pikachu. So fricking forced and corporate. The pokemon don't feel like they're part of a story or world. They're more like empty kawaii soulless decorations for some normie woman to go "Oh yeah I remember that one". Christ was this shit bad. It's like they forgot to even write a story in any way shape or form. Like I really didn't expect anything but I got less than nothing. Also cool magikarp pattern moment. Made us really think "Why the frick isn't this in the games".

It's one of the more unique Pokeanimes out there, I'd say. I liked it.
