A weird feeling to play a bunch of games in a genre and realized you don't like the genre.

fair shot. at least you didn't just try one and assume they were all bad. you tried several and found out that indeed they are 99% irredeemable shit. smart move, OP!

Big breasts and a 10/10 character creator helped a lot though

I tried to get into sp games but the mechanics and depth in 99.9% of them seems waaay worse than a good competitive mp 1v1 game.

    >thought I liked cats
    >every cat I come across outside flees from me while yowling
    >buy a kitten
    >despite constant efforts to make it comfortable and help it adjust to me it hid under furniture either deathly quiet or screeching in panic
    >never ever hit it or raised my voice at it
    >still feared me and would barely eat
    >one day it climbed up a curtain and jumped out of an 8 story window to get away from me
    >didn't survive the fall
I just get sad when I see them now.

Whether a cat likes someone or not will really depend on how they are handled as a baby, so it's not you. The cats outside are probably feral, as might the kitten have been. I am sorry to hear it died but I am sure you will be able to find a cat that likes you.

What I recommend is how I got mine - at the shelter they let you chill with it in a room, and I chose the cat that didn't mind walking on my legs when she was checkin the place out.

As for VIDEO GAMES so I don't get in trauble - I dislike games where the goal is just 'survive as long as you can'. I prefer a more tangible goal and direction to pursue than just facing off against waves. I'm also not a huge fan of wave-based shooters. Kinda annoyed it took me 3 hours of playing Insurgency to realize all the co-op is against bloated hordes of enemies so it's less tactical and more just 'zombies with guns'.

I got it on sale at least so if I get 15 hours out of it I'll 'break even'.

            1. You've never played one.
            2. If they supposedly suck so much, why do you so desperately wish to associate games that have absolutely nothing to do with roguelikes by naming them after rogue?

They’re lazy games with lazy mechanics. Their job is to trick you into playing more by randomizing items and rooms to give off this sense of replayability. Without this trick, the games are very shallow and generally unfun

There's just so many games which would've been great if they were actually games from start to finish, no randomization, no bullshit.

People who make roguelike games are too lazy to make lots of unique content so they force the player to repeat the little content that's been made
