Launch was pretty bad like most games these days but main game is good. Compared to the trilogy it's shit though and that's the only thing that matters to plebs.
Bugs
Companions do no damage
Terrible script
God awful jokes
Ugly faces
Boring as frick "aliens" (humans), both visually and culturally
All planets are mountains - green, snowy, deserty. In "alien" temple-in-jungle planet there mandatory mountains on the horizon
Repeated ending sequence of ME1 (jump through portal with vehicle)
Time-wasting UI
Reinforcements in dropship in every combat encounter
Are you trying to say DA2s gameplay is better? Say whatever you want about Andromeda, but its literally the only bioware game with actually solid gameplay that feels fun to play. Admittedly, havent played Anthem, from from what I hear its in the same boat as Andromeda-solid gameplay, dogshit everything else
>ITT: revisionists trying to dilute how shit this game really was
let me guess, you're working on the next game and want the bar lowered so you dont get made fun of again?
>big name RPGs from around that time
big name WRPGs were UTTERLY dead when Andromeda came out, the last major one was fricking Witcher 3 two full years before
Good combat and class system, and the first hour or so is pretty good. They set up a cool-sounding adventure as a pioneer. Shame about the open world obsession that they wasted two years of development time on instead of making a game. And the decision to throw away the pioneer stuff to travel around an already settled galaxy. I liked it enough to beat it once, was worth the $5.
it was pretty bad though.

>It's shit but I'm going to say I like it because it makes me special
I wouldn't go that far. I didn't like Mass Effect 1 either.
>new ayy species is using conquered races genes to improves themselves
>they don't even have biotics

And that's from the top of my head.
what are you smoking Black person, it was fricking horrible, legit worse than DA2
story wise maybe, gameplay wise definitely. Nothing Bioware has done has descended as far as the deja vu dungeon from DA2

the mechanics are good
they are completely at odds with the open world encounter design
Even then, its still definitely better than the abhorrent gameplay of DA2
Inquisition's too
that's an extremely low bar
Well, thats the whole argument homie, the other anon said DA2's gameplay was somehow better
>Andromeda
>Feels fun to play
Core combat =/= whole experience
Better than 3

I agree it's ok, pretty good even compared to most modern rpg's, I'm thinking the ubisoft clones.
the gameplay felt pretty good felt like a prototype for anthem
yes it was
Worse than every other ME game or big name RPGs from around that time, better than a modern one.
Its unironically better than Starfield

.
>heres your new Shepard, bro
I cant wait to see how will they frick up with 4

It's better than ME3 at least.
