IIRC, the one I got for Christmas was the is blue ninja robot toy that had a gun that could shoot plastic darts and could kinda sorta walk. Shit was cool.
I got techno for Christmas 2000 when I was 12 along with majoras mask AND banjo tooie a vhs player with a ton of videos. Some cds. New clothes. DBZ shit probably one of my most memorbale christmases. I never did fully figure out how to use it though and ended up pushing it down some stairs years later.
I had the white robot and that thing would suck absolute ass. it required a frickmetric ton of D batteries and it would use them up real quick. It was cool when it could pick things up but I was going through so much D batteries, I just gave up
I remember seeing those it toy 'r us I dreamed about them for years until I saw one at a friends houese; it only went at about 5mph. I lost all intrest after that since even a hampster could outpace the thing
I mean a real car. My parents did get me one of those toy jeeps when I was 6, though. In hindsight, my friends and I had more fun with it than you'd expect.
My mom asked me what I wanted and I just said "new bedsheets and towels" (I'm old, 33) and she got me a $450 gift certificate to Bloomingdales. My dad said he is getting me a nice bottle of "Chateu Nuf De Pape" I probably butchered that, sorry French bros.
I went to private school and always had huge Christmases, it wasn't until I was like 7 and got a PS1 and an N64 on the same Xmas that I realized that most people didn't have that, because my neighbor who I was really close with got clothes and a used SNES. I felt bad and told my parents and they got him his own memory card for the PS1 so he could come over and play when he was free and wasn't confined to my saves.
