Did it even have boss fights? I just remember running over the fire dude with the jeeps and blasting Megalordtropus with the tanks, there is that truck with missiles that causes a lot of damage and the APC with a cannon

the skulls are unironically how all open world boss battles should be

I liked it. But till this day, I still cannot understand why it needed to be open world.

There still hasn't been a game to match it's base building.

Also only Kojima is the only person in the world to edit his own trailer to specifically say the game is the "missing link", and then not actually put it in the game

Could have been a masterpiece if it wasn't Open World slop, insane to think Kojima basically had the perfect formula for MGSV with Ground Zeroes and then threw it away

Should have made the whole game a horror game where we play as a crippled soldier severe delusions

Not horror and you might be crippled, but you still do some crazy super soldier shit like running full sprint for miles with all your gear

I'll be honest, I even liked those missions where they make you replay a previous mission but they're more difficult. Genuinely wish they'd have done it for all the missions.

I liked that one where you had to find weapons on site so you have to start stealthy with no weapons and then get caught and shoot them up with limited ammo and improvise

    >Have the perfect set up for a kino globetrotting adventure where you take on PMC missions all over the world
    >Just takes place on the same two empty planes of Afghanistan and Africa because LOL OPEN WORLD

I will just never get over this design choice, the story goes absolutely nowhere for like 80% of the playtime because it keeps having to do "Huuuh Boss we got another request from that place you were just at.". The absolute worst bit is when you travel to Africa to chase Skullface and then it turns out "Actually, his secret base was in Afghanistan all along!" because everything has to somehow be connected to the open world shit

The ironic part is that it's not even true open world since the game is split into 3 different isolated maps, one of which is just Motherbase/FOB shit. Just moronic.
