The entirety of The Witcher 3 including both expansions was released in a year. Cybertroony 2077 came out two years and eight months ago, is still a bug-ridden mess and the first meaningful piece of DLC is still over a month away.

CDPR's biggest problem is not learning from their design mistakes. For example, itemization was bad in Witcher 3 and it only got worse in CP77. Did ANYONE use anything that wasn't Witcher gear? Yet still the game felt the need to drown you in pointless gear. I swear to god, loot rarity is the real cancer that needs to go.

The devs answered this a million times already. They made the normal gear available to make the world more lived in and not just revolve around witchers. If you found witcher gear on normal soldiers it would be moronic.

This is basically "can it run Crysis?" but for people that spent on $1000 GPUs. I pirated ir and I can safely say Cyberpunk is probably one of the most boring games I've played and there's barely any replay value.
I didn't think it boring but the replayability is definitely low. You don't get to make all that many choices before the end.

They promised tons of stuff. Like backgrounds being important, a branching storyline. But delivered none of it.

You need a beefy rig to run it with RTX. And calling the game badly optimized is laughable as it's scales so incredibly well with different configurations it's used as a benchmark tool for the entire industry. You probably won't find a better optimized renderer supporting all modern solutions than this. I ran it on a 1060 when it released and got 30/40 frames on almost everything set to high.

Min specs used to be 2GB VRAM with everything on low and it STILL ran like hot ass. Now you need triple the base spec, 6GB of VRAM, there's a press embargo stopping reviewers from deviating from scrips (if they got to play/see it) but it'll totally be good this time!
