Historically, splashable sweepers, like Kingambit, have been popular wincons on stall teams IN ADDITION TO OTHER PLAYSTYLES I can't believe this needs to be stated as they can function independently from the rest of the team. You weaken the team, you send in your ADV Aero or your DP Chomp or your BW Latios/Zam or your Kingambit and you end the game. Kingambit's effectiveness against stall has zero influence on its ability to perform with stall.
