She's a cool character. A battle girl obsessed with getting stronger and fighting.
She's definitely a nice return to form. There have been way too many pussy rivals ever since gen 3. Hope they continue and add a jock tomboy rival in the next game.

They really need to revisit Blue's personality archetype. There's some rivals that come close in buttholery but none of them give off the 90's 'attidute' vibe that Blue had. They're more 'edgy' than Blue who was more of a jock.
i really like her, but i might be less annoyed by her compared to say barry because i find her sexually attractive.

It's fricking stupid that she is your rival and a champion ranked trainer. No rival should be introduced as stronger than you at the start of the game. It made beating her at “her best” ridiculously anticlimactic and unsatisfying. Geeta mentions to you halfway through the game that you could surpass her but I already beat the b***h 4 fricking times. Nemona's personality is one note, she has no interesting flaws or conflicts. She shouldn't be the champion at the start. Instead she should be mentored by Geeta but can't meet Geeta's unrealistic standards, then she gets jealous at you for beating her, making her weak in Geeta's eyes. Game Freak fricked up yet another rival.
The only problem is she should have own very strong team in the Tornament.
She said she made one tram just for you, and she had full strong team before.

That's wrong. Did you not do her postgame event?
Her flaws are very obvious. She's way too good of a trainer and too forward for the majority of students. People at the academy avoid her because they're always losing to her. And people believed that she must've had some kind of inherent talent when in truth she just practiced like crazy to become so good.
She's also awful at reading the room which gets her into conflicts. This is both obvious in Area Zero when she didn't catch onto the fact that the two Raidons were fighting and her postgame event where a guy indirectly said no to her challenge, but she didn't get it into he spelled it out to her.
I don't like Gen 9 in general, but shounen yandere rival is cute. Even ignoring waifuism, Nemona is still a better rival than Hop, Hau, Barry, and the XY trio.
I enjoy her enthusiastic battle-happy demeanor a lot, and I've been commissioned to write smutfic where she brings Juliana back to her dorm one night to take her virginity.
I think a mentor type rival was pretty interesting, someone just running through the region again after already completing the whole challenge. She's also really cute.
It annoys me that she doesn't use her real team, it's pretty much the third cannon Rival that replaces team members and this one only did it because of her obsession, she cares less about her old Pokémon than being a battle autist and that makes her feel like a self absorbed butthole to me
All they needed to do to make her feel better as a character is challenging you with her real team plus the starter she apparently never got until she meet you

Thanks to all the changes in training and nature I have used all of my of team members in comp at some point, even my golduck
“Real” teams are fanfic, people who are actually good at Pokemon have like 30+ trained ones, her end game team is just as good as her “OG” team

He's the son of Giovanni, he steals Pokemon and he blows your disguise when infiltrating a Team Rocket base.

She's rather obnoxious and a bit too clingy. I pretty much found myself mashing the a button to skip her text and just to get her to leave whenever she showed up. Her music was pretty good though.
they needed to implement a Nemona Everywhere system where she challenges you at random points of the game with teams specifically built to try frick your current set-up. play up the fact that this girl spends 20 hours a day planning teams and training pokemon for them.
