The storyline is pretty good, though I do find that the main faction questlines can be too similar.
Fallout 4's has literally two endings.
Cazadores are a meme, they have no DT or DR. All the DLC packs aside, which completely trivialize going North, the game hands you plenty of options to cut through the North within Goodsprings itself. You can fight in a slow and steady way through the North with just a plasma pistol or single shotgun and the occasional return to Chet's for more supplies.
Female supermutants exist, so I don't really even understand this point.
There is a bit of a Seinfeld effect going on when it comes to New Vegas and its dialogue options. When looking back, speech is OP as frick and the dialogue check system has some issues with implementation. But when FNV first came out, it was absolutely absurd how many checks you could complete and how common they were given that the average RPG at the time only had checks for like one or two skills occasionally scattered about. Now that many RPGs have followed FNV's example and improved upon its formula, it seems much less impressive.

one of the only mods I use is one of those Wooden Vabin player homes outside of the starting town. with guaranteed safe storage (wasn't there some glitch where the storage boxes in the casino house would delete your items?)
