Being generous, it could hypothetically look similar or have been generalized with the evolution line. Same kind of stretching could be given to the Girafarig evolution, with the giraffe/okapi part being more feral while the tail becomes a modern hoodie with doubled antennae.
Still almost certainly bullshitting, but it’s all in the eye of the beholder.
If you want more backstory, the starter ideas likely came from interpretations of this image. Even if that was actually real, this one leak would just be piggybacking.
