All three of these have been portable ever since emulators where stable enough to play them front to back with no issue on a decent laptop, P3 and P4 where able to played on emulators for years now. P5 was able to be played on RPCS3 for about 5 years if you had the resources and right setup.
it's sort of possible to get a pocket sized laptop, the closet you can get to is GPD WIN 3, not the ideal keyboard but even then P1 through P5 have still been playable for a long ass time though unofficial emulation whether it was portable or not.
FES has an extra story campaign set after the main story while P3P had playable female character and some gameplay improvements but overworld gameplay and anime cutscenes removed
