Gore was reduced quite a bit, not sure why at all really, they could have just added a slider to choose how much blood you want. In terms of outfits, depends on which one. A few were censored quite a bit, most were slightly changed. Gore was reduced quite a bit, not sure why at all really, they could have just added a slider to choose how much blood you want. Overall it wasn't censored heavily, all the assshots are still there and any outfit with a skirt still allows to see her panties.
There was no censored gore, nobody wants Eve’s pretty body covered in blood. The end of the demo does not happen like it does in the main game, you were watching a cutscene designed solely for visual impact on the demo.
