Skyrim was a product defined by Bethesda's contempt for the player and an attitude of mental laziness which led them to create deliberately opaque systems to hide how badly put together they really are, the same philosophy which seems to match the worldbuilding compared to previous titles.
Skyrim is a mess of contradictory ideas, even simple mechanics are layered in ways that don't at all play well with the rest of the game. Good example of this is the utter mess that is magic. Other than that, a lack of care or deeper thought on the side of Bethesda. That's what I got out of it at least.

But that's not actually true? There's almost always a point behind criticisms being made, supported by comparisons to other titles, assessments of how much effort it would take to fix, examinations of superior alternatives, which culminate in a suggestion of how to resolve the problem.
Pretty much every section endeavors to identify a problem, describe it in full detail, and then determine what a solution to the problem would be. None of that is found on a wiki.

I liked how the faction section was 40 minutes for the Stormcloaks, and 8 minutes for the Empire because the Empire doesn't give you anything to talk about, but he has to justify how the Stormcloaks aren't actually racist and what a true son of skyrim is. Also I didn't know most of the shield mechanics from the gameplay section, because Skyrim doesn't require any amount of mechanical depth so I didn't know it had a parry system

Well Todd didn't play his own game because unless you're playing on low difficulty, it is not a good idea to switch mid-playthrough, because you can't refund perks until the end of Dragonborn. Easiest switch to make is to stealth archer because of their insane damage bonuses allowing you to bypass the need of extra perks. But do switch on your level 30 character actually, it's funny.
