I suspect they'll change it entirely if you are speaking of the Operation: Babe Hunt scene. In the P3 movie Kashiwagi is seen instead of the trans woman that tries to bait Junpei, Akihiko, and the MC. I wouldn't be surprised if the remake will take after this change.

The events of a different story not being a repeat of the original have no bearing on the game they play not being a different game and there being no reason to change it instead of translating what was actually said. On the other hand, that mistranslation might make people think that they're playing a new game in the new story, when that isn't the case.
