any game that is not natively playable on pc does not exist. only the scuffed ports that are playable on pc are indicitive of what the game was truly like when it was first released. ergo, this series started with 0, and 3 was the worst game evar!!!
That's a stupid assessment. I've been playing these games since the ps3 days and I had my fat ass ps3 play Yakuza 1 and 2 through it's native backwards comparability. Now a days I'm a pc gamer and all the new gays have done irreparable damage to it. I bought 7 on pc and was disappointed at the horrible "translation" that gets so much praise.

Yakuza 3 sucks dick though. Literally the only thing people ever say to praise it is "IT'S HECKING COMFYKINO!!!" meanwhile they leave out that you're only in Okinawa for 5 chapters, so it's not even that comfy. The actual plot of the game is also absolute dog shit too and the side stories go for quantity over quality. There's no reason any Yakuza game should ever have over 100 side stories, it's just tedium at that point. morons like you think people only hate 3 because muh blockuza when it's actually just the game is ass.
It is a known fact that 0 is head and shoulders above the rest of the series, Kiwamis are superior to originals, and 3-5 are utterly pointless if you've played 0.

I'm playing the originals (Ps2, RPCS3...) I'm already on chapter 4 from Yakuza 4. 3 It's better than 4 in everything but combat and sometimes narrative. Yak 1 and 2 are miles ahead from both though.
Verdict: Unadulterated ludokino 95% of the time.
I'm so sick and tired of gamers glorifying and taking pride in choosing to play and deal with clunky games/mechanics. There is a reason they remade the games, and there's a reason people recommend them. You are not cool and special for pretending to enjoy dated visuals and gameplay.

I finished 6 yesterday and it was better than i expected but the combat seems like it was toned down compared to 4 and 5, but i enjoyed the story much more than i expected, gonna start Like a Dragon later tonight

Dunkey is very much a relic of the Early 2010s internet. He started off making League of Legends videos when that game was exploding and diversified his portfolio into "serious reviews" and now he's a millionaire with some "publishing company" that doesn't do anything. His entire style and sense of humour is very much a product of a bygone era, it's like trying to explain the humour found in those boring sixties sitcoms to a zoomer. That is to say, to anyone in the modern day, he is not funny, but back then his nonsense rapping, mimicking Blackspeak, "gamer rage" and "randumb" humour were pretty fresh for the majority of people.

I hate Dunkey physically, I dislike that kind of man. He has the Chaplin Disease; that particular combination of arrogance and timidity sets my teeth on edge. Like all people with timid personalities his arrogance is unlimited. Anybody who speaks quietly and shrivels up in company is unbelievably arrogant. He acts shy, but he loves himself; a very tense situation. It's people like me who have to carry on and pretend to be modest. To me, it's the most embarrassing thing in the world - a man who presents himself at his worst to get laughs, in order to free himself from his hang-ups. Every thing he does on the screen is therapeutic.
