First time you complete act 3 on each character is kino. Grinding ascension is gay and really annoying when you know what builds you need to be able to actually win
How the frick do I beat the heart consistently bros? Once I get to act 3 I can usually get through it easily but the heart and the boss before it allways frick me up.
Feels like I need to get a super op build to stand a chance.
On ascension 12-13 with all characters btw.
I don't want to improve my win rate though because I like picking cards that I like and not cards that are good, and it is very hard to win with cards you like. I don't have fun when I'm winning, I have fun when I win with a deck that shouldn't win.
How about just playing the game because it's fun? Beating A20 doesn't mean you've experienced everything the game has to offer or that you've peaked and can't improve at the game.
It's just that I don't do anything because it's "fun" anymore. I don't read because it's fun, I don't play games because it's fun, I don't quite enjoy fun as a motivator. Without some goal in game to work towards I just can't find the enthusiasm to play, even though I do find it fun fun just isn't something that can motivate me. This is why I am excited for StS 2, just so there are more ascensions.
>Generally there are no mechanics in the game which shit on specific configurations >Except the act 3 boss which hard counters 0 cost spam builds (some of most fun builds in the game)
Yes, I know it's not impossible and I've beaten it with 0 cost builds, but it's still extremely fricking gay regardless.
I want longer runs, co-op, and mmolike rules like healer, tank aggro, etc as card support. That being said balance it all for singleplayer solo and add it as a dlc mode with bonus cards/relics/events.

Do you think this is fricking high school debate class? Your moronic opinions can't be "refuted" because they are just opinions. But they're still moronic.
perfectly bullshit (I suck at the game)
People seem to really like Ironclad but he's my least favorite. Game didn't click with me until I unlocked Defect.
defect is the best
defect's looping ice is the only way to ez pz win the whole game on brain dead mode
defect is the worst character in the game
Defect has a higher chance of snowballing, which is what you want for beating the later stages.
If it's perfect, how come they're making StS 2?
Checkmate, atheists!
if god is perfect why did he make jesus (god 2) and the holy spirit (god 3)
i know this is bait but they're all the same in different kind of manifestations.
Ironclad and Silent are perfect, Defect and Watcher are kind of gay tbh.
I’m starting to hate the fricking Watcher
I know watcher is busted but I really suck at playing with her.
There's a guide on reddit about how to "go infinite". Basically you only need like 8 cards and it's easy to do. Stupid broken-ass character.
On my first run, I just beat the first boss but got too scared to play further and couldn't get back to it since. Balatro is my safe space for now.

I prefer the board game TBQH
great game but i gave up after ascension 10, can't be bothered grinding to 20 tbh

It's gambling
Except instead of my life savings I'm wasting my future 🙂
Love it but I wish there was something to do after beating A20 on each class.
Improving your win rate. Anyone can get to a20 eventually if you grind long enough. Winning consistently once you get there is the impressive part.

I got bored within 20 hours, so not really. I don't get how people play it for hundreds if not thousands of hours.

You'd want good scaling so you would not die to the heart regardless.
If you are doing heartless runs, whio the frick cares?

fricking have a nice day

Maybe you should play Across the Obelisk instead. It's basically everything you posted.
I want to have sex with Watcher
