All Gym leaders/E4 members with updated specialist teams + variety type member and aged up depending on game setting.
Think young milf Flannery with either a Torterra or a Blastoise that goes Terra Fire.
All Game protags and rivals also aged up with teams centered around their "canon" starter and legendaries they wield, maybe make it the way to obtain said legendaries with them leading you to wild ones after winning a number of matches.
Think Brendan and May sending out Sceptile and Blaziken, Latios and Latias, Mega Fug and Jirachi.
Give us more dialogues too about what they do in their free time and chatting with each other.
