I'd buy it. Anything to put my roaring PS4 to rest. That and having it with a better frame rate that isn't a choppy 30fps sounds great.
More to the OP though, I don't see why they'd have any issues porting it, at least from a tech standpoint. DaS1, 2, 3, Sekiro, Elden Ring, and soon to be Armored Core are all on PC. They're plenty capable, it just may be that Sony isn't playing nice with the exclusivity deals. Same reason Demon's Souls is still locked down sadly.
Hopefully with Sony throwing a bunch of games on Steam we'll get Bloodborne (and even Demon's Souls) on PC one day.

I think Sony just doesn't give a frick, specifically the western parts of it that have taken over. They've always been weirdly hostile to Souls even starting from Demon's which they refused to publish outside Japan and then later needlessly remade with a western studio.

I still want a PC port because it's more convenient for me than dusting off my PS4 and taking it out of storage, the performance would be miles better, it would revitalize the game and open up the option for mods. The real reason that Sony doesn't work with BB is because they fired all the producers who originally handled it when they closed Japan Studio. Now they barely even have anyone who knows Japanese to work with From, and all the Western Sony producers consider it not their problem.
But after Elden Ring, Sony bought a 14% stake in FromSoftware itself, which is a bigger partnership than they've ever had with them before technically. And Sony stated that they are collaborating on games, though nothing has come of it yet. But it's possible that Fromsoft itself could do a BB port or remaster, they have multiple dev teams now

Fromsoft developed the game with studio Japan which is now closed. Sony would have to pay Fromsoft to develop a patch and that’s if they would do it because they are making way more money developing their own ip.
