No it wasn’t schitzo. Because the dlc proved there is no time paradox. The professor’s do travel in time but change nothing. No loop. Completely unnecessary. In the end of it all the paradox Pokémon keep being imaginary and born from the book (implied by the AI and even by the professor in the dlc) but there is time travel although non traditional. The machine isn’t the one doing the “time traveling” it’s the crystals = Terapagos. It can ignore reality.

I loved how the DLC left us with more questions than answers and Game Freak considers the Paldea saga to be "finished".
Was the Kitakami storyline even written by the same people? It feels so much more complete in comparison.
