I think as modern life progresses and those really bleak concerns go away entirely people latch more and more onto things in a manner that doesn't fit the severity of an "issue" if this could even be called that.

From what I can tell, Stellar Blade is one of the few that breaks the mold and earned a place among modern masterpieces such as Helldivers 2 and Baldur's Gate 3.
