They carved out a niche on just that though, the Ranger fabrics we seen from PoE 2 looked way too slow. I was bored up until they showed the Roa mount/companion but gem interactions like the cloud igniting while cool I don’t find it worth the trade off myself. There’s plenty of alternatives already if you like slow gameplay not baby with sheer chaos you get here.

Im trying to force myself through maps and its just a bland time. Not really a whole lot going on this league and without some sort of crafting tool that teaches you to force results the crafting for 99% of people is dead.

its basically Standard league but the mobs have guaranteed crits with +300% crit multi, 125% phys as extra ele with ele pen, 1000% inc max life, and you can't opt out of these mods. sometimes they might have a 1% chance to drop a chromatic orb as a "reward"

now it's been so long I don't really care anymore, and frankly the fact 2 is just an update to 1 makes me even less interested.

Crafting in PoE is beyond silly, these things are in a league start guide as boots to aim for while the author says “Crafting Endgame Boots for Ignite Builds doesn't have to be a daunting task. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to craft your own pair for your build.”
Simple indeed, only 7 steps of which 3 can take you back to the second. I’ve played since Crucible and never gotten to true end game, any voidstones, Ubers etc. Not only are the builds hard to gear up, there’s way too many systems like betrayal, harvest, blight, delve, etc. Fun game for me through the campaign but then falls off.

I tend to get caught up making new characters after running into trouble gearing post campaign and get stuck in a vicious cycle. That and I fall victim to seeing a cool build on YouTube/PoENinja and trying to mimic it but fail miserably. There was an interesting one that required a nimis ring which was a big oof.

Any game that needs a crafting website (craft of exile) to give you probabilities is silly imo, crafting should be less rng. I’ve seen crafts take thousands of currency to get just the way the player wanted which is ridiculous.
It's not the crafting that's the issue, it's the 1,000 hours of farming and trading you have to do to get the crafting materials.

Why do people say girls can't play PoE?
POE is way too unwelcoming to new players ( or players who were away from the game for years ). I dont feel like studying the game for days just to catch-up with the 1283973291 past league season mechanics. You have to get a literal PoE PhD to not get lost in the post-game.
I unironically think PoE has a great lore and setting, it's better than the game itself

Last Epoch is like a plain ham sandwich. Its alright, but its nothing special or memorable.
D3/D4 = Too dumbed down
POE = Way too complex because of the bloat caused by the devs turning most league season's mechanics baseline in the game.
Last epoch = A good middle ground, its not bloated like POE but its not too straightforward/dumbed down like D4.
Good league for SSF gays like myself, bad league for beginners or trade gays. I quit affliction when my corrupting fever champ first started juicing t16s the 4th day with wisps and 30 divs dropped on one map. People who kept playing that were going to ruin themselves for every arpg unless they play on private servers.
It's a mediocre league for SSF. The Necropolis graveyard is never going to beat Rog or essences. The only way graveyard is worth doing is if you make huge crafts, and getting those corpses will take forever in SSF.
