I stopped watching his channel when I realised he bends over backwards every video to avoid saying anything even remotely potentially controversial. Even when he is expressing frustration at how he lost control of the IP or how his career and projects were screwed over multiple times, he refuses to make a point and to actually name the reasons and people why things turned out that way. It's "boring" in the sense he sterilizes the stories he tells. It's obvious there was a lot of conflict between himself, his teams, and the higher-ups/publishers in his time at Interplay and Troika. But he never goes into detail on it and instead only focuses on positive things he can say. For example in this review he doesn't say anything about the show other than "It feels like Fallout, they nailed the feel!" nothing on the story or characters or anything else.

The T-51 PA was much better, but more expensive, so the pre-war military would retrofit T-45 armor to turn it into T-60.
So it's assumed the flaw in the T-45 still existed in the T-60s.
