For $5 it was a very enjoyable time. Plus it was an easy plat.
The main problem with it is just how overpriced it was at launch. I think if they had launched it at like $40 opinions might have been a bit less hostile

He basically said that he doesn't want a game that takes too long to complete, and that he played 2 hours games that are better than 16 hour games. To me, it looks like he's coping due to having a limited budget given the cliffhanger ending.
Does he still have a job? Because that seems like the kind of call that should get a person fired. Third person character driven cover shooters are already short games generally and people are usually fine with them. To think "you know what, we can put out less than half of that at the same price and get away with it" is fricking delusional.

that was the most boring game of the 2010s. maybe even the most boring game i've ever played. most shit games have at least something funny about them, but the order was just a massive sleeping pill. or a tiny sleeping pill, game was like 4 hours long and i was glad it was over after i finished it during my second sitting

he was basically just a moron. if you want to make a short campaign fine but then there needs to be other content to play if you're gonna charge 70 bucks. there was absolutely nothing. just a 4 hour campaign and nothing else and there was zero reason to go back and play that fricking nonsensical sleeping pill again

The devs are sorta dead now and not even with sony right? If it was an option they definitely should have considered uncapping the framerate on PS5 and putting this in the PS+ collection. Probably wouldn't have helped much though, and even though i liked it im still not sure the game deserves the effort.

I enjoyed the shit out of Horizon: Zero Dawn. The Cauldron with the Stalkers was K I N O.
That being said, I played it on the highest difficulty on PC. I can't imagine playing a game with that much emphasis on aiming with a controller.
Way too short and the combat was trash. It was worth the ten bucks I paid because the story was decent I guess.

I understand the hate though, a little too late on the fixes, but honestly before I found out how shit launch was I was having an amazing time. Even better now that it has VR.
