Street Cleaning Simulator
Im what country was it popular?
Take a wild guess
none?
Germany
Gothic, obviously.
Mutts just won't ever be able to appreciate it.
Dofus and France
I remember playing that for a while. Some shithead came along and killed all my dudes and so I quit. It was clearly just one of those games where the PvP is just about the earlier players bullying the newer players. A 'being a shithead to people who can't fight back' sim.
That's every browser game ever. Hence why it was fun to invade them with Ganker.
Lunar Wars, you will be missed.
Why did browser games like this never make it popular in the US?
I played Stronghold Online for a few weeks, built up a nice castle and took control of my county due to me and one other guy I had talked to voting for me. The only other non-AFK guy in it got super mad and bribed a bunch of people across the map to send soldiers to level my castle though so I stopped playing.
>friend loaned me his cd in fourth grade
>never heard of it before
>mfw after playing it
i'm german and a lot of friends in school played ogame. we also played tribal wars (die stämme)
probably "Torrente: el juego", or in the golden era of spanish videogames, "la abadía del crimen", "phantomas" (and its sequels) or "la pulga", probably.
Sounds interesting
>in a single country
I played it though, and I'm not German
What country are you from?
Poland
Played Ogame, too.
Doesn't count then, neighboring country
well it's not like f2p browser games become somehow more available due to proximity
Man, our shareware scene was crazy in the late 90s and early 00s.
>high school
>setting alarms throughout the night to wake up and coordinate attack waves with my tribe
good times.
