Worcester sauce has way more flavours to it than s oy sauce. S oy sauce can be complex (and should be) but Worcester sauce has a bunch more ingredients which gives it more layers (and also makes it stronger). They're both great btw, I'm not trying to make a pissing match.

Worcester sauce has way more flavours to it than s oy sauce. S oy sauce can be complex (and should be) but Worcester sauce has a bunch more ingredients which gives it more layers (and also makes it stronger). They're both great btw, I'm not trying to make a pissing match.
