These perks sucked in 3 and 4 because there were always more male enemies than female. I like in 4 they made the DLC focus mostly on female NPCs. Most of the quest givers in Far Harbor and 2 of the 3 gangs in Nuka World are run by women so there's more balance between Lady Killer and Black Widow.
