I don’t have a problem with the pace of the game. I don’t mind a slow-paced game. My main problem with the outer wilds is that people on here talk about it like it’s the second coming when it’s not a special game. It’s a myst-like game with the main twist being from Majoras mask. It’s also loved by redditors.

All I'll say is that it's a good adventure game in an age where people don't really make that genre anymore. Outerwilds is not an adventure game. It’s an exploration game with puzzles. If you are going to get paid to shill, at least look up the basics of the game beforehand, Ranjesh.
I wish it was like myst. But the puzzles are almost non-existant after you get on the ship. Then it becomes a bad first person platformer where you read walls of text and then go where those walls of text tell you to go. The "puzzle" is just figuring out when in the timeline the location in the wall of text will be open. For people who haven't played it, imagine zelda tears of the kingdom if the entire game was waiting around for shrines to open and then doing that shrine to get some paragraphs of text. And then, all the shrines are "walk and jump from point a to point b"

If you put tens of millions of dollars into a game, it's impossible for it to be "bad". Suicide Squad is a mediocre game, but it's not Superman 64. When you have hundreds of people and all that money, even complete morons will produce something that's at least mediocre-fine. People have forgotten what "bad" games are.
